Since spring 2020, we have introduced some measures to help keep you and our team safe.

Learn about these measures that allow us to still give you a warm welcome at a safe distance :

• The safety measures are displayed at the entrance of our 6 Tourist Information Centres
  ◦ Wearing a mask is compulsory for both staff and visitors
  ◦ Visitors must use the hand-sanitizer immediately upon entering our premises.
  ◦ To ensure that every visitor and staff can keep 2 metres (6 feet) apart, we have to limit the numbers inside our premises, please enter alone.
  ◦ There is a one way system in place to allow for physical distancing, please follow the markings on the floor.
  ◦ We ask visitors to keep a 2 metre (6 feet) distance between other visitors and staff.
• We ask for cashless payment wherever possible (otherwise our credit card machine is each time systematically disinfected
• Plexiglass screens have been installed on our information desk to protect you and our team. Please make sure you stay behind these screens.
• Any objects that could be touched by more than one person have been removed : seats, tables, games, public computers…
• Our guides, maps and brochures are back on display, please only touch what you plan to take.
• Workspace cleaning is reinforced : the cleaning and disinfection of high-touch surfaces such as information desks, work surfaces is undertaken several times a day.
• Our team has been trained in the new cleaning procedures and safety measures.
